Role Responsibilities:
Student Enrolment Conversion
Successfully work towards the goal of converting visits and “opportunities” (qualified leads) into applications and firm enrolments.
- Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students
- Understand the profile of students and deliver best-in-class admissions pitches and school tours
- Prepare and tailor admissions pitches and tours to individual needs of prospective students and parents
- Schedule and confirm timing for personal tours/school visits
- Deliver personalised visit experience to each prospective parent and student
- Conduct 1:1 and group tours of the school and answer parent and student queries during post-tour consultations.
- Provide post-tour follow-up with each individual family and continue to foster a personal relationship
Brand – ambassador representative
Serve as front-line representative to families and external community; integral to ensuring Lorna Whiston provides the best customer service as evidence by initial admissions and enrolment experience.
- Act as brand ambassador and present the schools to prospective parents and students at recruitment events, open days and information sessions locally and in overseas markets
- Know the school’s unique-selling points and continuously learn new features of the school; communicate the school ethos and programs effectively
- Build relationships with key partners, affiliates and influencers in the communities locally
- Assist the Customer Management Team as needed through application and offer process
- Deliver group tours during Open House and participate in other recruitment activities as needed
Reporting and Data
Manage pipeline of opportunities and diligently update CRM platform.
- Input notes on specific families in the CRM platform
- Ensure accuracy in reporting and data collection
- Any other requirements deemed necessary by the Head of Lorna Whiston Schools
Job Requirements:
- Direct sales experience in a highly personalised B2C environment ideally though not necessarily in education or related business; previous recruitment or admissions experience in schools a plus
- Pro-active and shows initiative ; able to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting
- Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
- A team-player who is able to work with different parties to achieve the overall goal
- Experience in dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot is an advantage
- Strong relationship management skills
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both spoken and written
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree
Role Information:
Reports to: Head of Lorna Whiston Schools
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week (including Saturdays and Sundays). The two rest days are on weekdays.
