The Assistant Manager, Development (Campaigns) works closely with the fundraising team to implement comprehensive, public-facing fundraising campaigns for the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG). CAMPAIGN SPECIFIC

– Receive key campaign messaging from Managers.

• Oversee and manage the segmentation of donors according to campaign types to ensure targeted messaging.

RESEARCH

• Perform basic donor research on prospective and new donors to create donor dossiers.
• Research best practices for mass fundraising campaigns and work with the department to adapt them according to trends and perceptions to suit the company’s needs.
• Support grant research and proposal development.

OTHERS

• Handle any other matters essential to maintaining sponsors, donors and potential donors satisfaction with the company’s professionalism.
