The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating between different teams, managing client expectations, and continuously improving delivery processes. The position requires expertise in delivery management of security solutions on Big Data Analytics platform and experience with data protection products.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Product Development and Delivery
  • Own, develop and deliver modules / elements of the product in collaboration with the team
  • Manage the upstream and downstream technical dependencies
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Manage project resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Optimise processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Plan and conduct appropriate testing along with users to ensure quality of delivery
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.
• Reporting:
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.

Job Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Skills:
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and teaching of lower secondary computer education program for secondary school students in the following areas:

· Microsoft Office Certification

· Programming language (e.g. Python, Swift using Swift Playgrounds or equivalent online platforms)

· Computational Thinking, reasoning and problem-solving using ICT equipment (e.g. Python using M5GO, LEGO Mindstorms, Micro:Bit etc)

· School Teaching and Learning platforms (Teams, Class Notebook, etc.)

· AI tools for e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT etc.

· And others relevant applications

• Assist in training students in Infocomm Club in creating videos, graphic posters and animations

• Provide support and coordinate competitions for students related to multimedia

• Provide maintenance for photography equipment in school

• Provide the technical support and service in maintaining the school website using relevant software

• Provide support for school programmes and events:

• Collateral materials for school programmes, events and external collaborations

• Photography and videography support

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Personnel should preferably have the following skill sets and experience:

• Proficient in conducting ICT-related training and workshops in the following areas as well as proficient in video production:

o Video editing

o AI literacy

• Preferably 3 years working experience in providing computer enrichment program in a school environment

• Proficient in:

WORKING HOURS

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Al Project Leadership: Take on comprehensive responsibility for Al pipeline development, including aspects of computer vision and software development. This encompasses ideation, construction, deployment, and continuous improvement of high-quality, scalable Al software solutions tailored to meet specific business objectives.
• Development and Optimization of Al and Computer Vision Pipelines: Lead the creation and delivery of scalable Al and computer vision pipelines. This role involves working with both local, on-premises applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Benchmarking and Model Enhancement: Actively engage in benchmarking to evaluate and enhance the performance of Al models. Stay updated with the latest developments, continuously refining model architectures and optimizing the codebase for improved performance and stability.
• Problem-Solving and Deployment Efficiency: Identify and solve complex problems in the software, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes. Focus on enhancing application performance and maintaining software stability.
• Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Computer Vision Engineers and other technical teams, to develop comprehensive, integrated solutions. Play a pivotal role in understanding complex requirements and transforming them into effective Al and computer vision pipelines.
• Software and Cloud Infrastructure Optimization: Emphasize the optimization of software applications for both on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Leadership and Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of developers and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging the professional growth of team members and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Technical Abilities

• Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with equivalent practical experience.
• Deep Learning and Computer Vision: 3+ years in deep learning for computer vision, with experience in object detection, image segmentation, and pose estimation.
• Programming and Al Frameworks: Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Computer Vision Pipeline Experience: Proven ability in developing and implementing computer vision pipelines.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Model Optimization: Experience in model performance optimization, including edge hardware familiarity.
• Cloud Technology: experience in deploying and managing Al solutions on cloud platforms.
• Software Development: Proven ability in creating robust, scalable software solutions, with knowledge in software architecture and production-level coding.
• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a global team.
• Adaptability: Capable of high-quality delivery in a dynamic environment, either individually or in a team.

1. Implement variation work upon receiving new drawings or site verbal for submission for claims.

2. Monitor site works and report to project manager.

3. Check with site supervisors about materials and make sure materials are ordered in advance for sites.

4. Providing technical supports.

5. Remind site supervisors to provide updates and pictures before leaving the site.

6. Notify the managment if there is additional cost which are not quoted.

7. Seek advice with higher managment regarding issues on sites that is diffcult to be solved.
