Job Description & Requirements

Desktop Support: Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams.

On-Call Support: Serve as the point of contact for all site-based IT requirements on a 24x7 basis, including handling off-hours emergency issues as required.

Technical Troubleshooting: Perform technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users locally.

Process Consistency: Ensure that consistent processes, procedures, and technologies are utilized across the enterprise environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with Application and System Services team leads and managers to follow and execute directives.

Knowledge Management: Document recurring issues in the Knowledge Base and maintain detailed records of case status, tasks, and work completed in the ITSM system.

Incident Management: Follow the company’s critical incident process to manage and resolve issues efficiently.

Staging Tasks: Perform basic staging tasks such as assembling computer components, imaging/copying hard drives, asset tagging, and repackaging equipment.

Inventory Management: Work with Field Service/Project teams to ensure proper equipment allocation for work orders and maintain inventory controls over tools.

Reporting: Provide reports supporting asset inventory using Excel and other tables as needed. Gather data and analyze activities that impact the value, cost, and risk of asset life cycles.

Application Support: Provide support for business applications and ensure a smooth user experience.

Job Description

-To ensure the security and safety of SYFC property.

-To maintain a Security Occurrence Book during the tour of duty.

-To exercise proper control of personnel on their entry into the SYFC and unauthorised parking of vehicles.

-To deter any unauthorised photography and videography in SYFC premises and in the building vicinity.

-To support the situation of breakdown in a power outage, security alarm and fire alarm.

-To report all incidents immediately to the Corporate Support Manager.

-To carry out any secondary duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

-Only Singaporeans

-Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

-Security-trained

-Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

-Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change

-AED or First-Aid certified will be an added advantage

-Candidate must possess the relevant WSQ Security certificates/qualifications:

• Incident Response (Handle Security Incidents & Services)
• Guard and Patrol (Provide Guard & Patrol Services)
• Threat Observation (Recognise Terrorist Threats)
• Deterrence (Perform Security Duties at Protected Areas and Protected Places)

Other Information

-Tuesday to Saturday: Either 0700hrs to 1500hrs as early shift or 1100hrs to 1900hrs as late shift

-Alternate Sundays: 0700hrs to 1600hrs

-Uniform provided

-Work Location: Seletar area, 515 West Camp Road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the building premises, ensuring only authorized individuals and vehicles are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect suspicious activities.
• Act swiftly and effectively in response to emergencies, such as fires & evacuation or security breaches.
• Follow and improvise established procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors.
• Assist with inquiries, directions, and any security-related concerns.
• Ensure that all safety and security regulations and policies are adhered to, and report any violations or concerns to the Facility, Security and Fire Safety Manager.
• Reports to Facility, Security and Fire Safety Manager

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Security License
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work from 7am-7pm include weekends and public holidays.
