• Ensure project compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS/PQP requirements.
• Develop and implement QMS/PQP for all project phases, including inspections and documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and direct QA/QC teams, overseeing visual inspections and NDT procedures.
• Manage inspection and testing plans for new construction, repairs, and alterations, driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct QMS internal audits and manage construction processes, ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil/construction engineering preferred.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, with strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Expertise in quality management systems and principles, with a proven ability to implement QMS.
