Job Description

• Engage in real-time impactful HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS, launching updated employee benefits, and driving other HR improvement initiatives
• Support our digital transformation journey by helping to digitise essential HR process flows, driving an exciting initiative to enhance and streamline workflows for greater efficiency and impact
• Draft and organise engaging internal communications, including newsletters, policy updates, and announcements, to keep staff informed and connected
• Assist in the enhancement of staff engagement and new hire orientation programs, helping to create a positive and memorable onboarding experience
• Develop your analytical skills by assisting in the creation of standardized reporting templates, dashboards, scorecards, and key HR metrics

Who we are looking for:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organisational and planning skills

• No prior experience needed

• Familiar with actual hands-on experience using Arduino and various electrical & electronic components (eg. sensors, motors and led strip).
• Develop usable mechanical prototype and functional actual products
• Provide sound engineering expertise advice regarding technical feasibility, technical reliability and effective efficiency
• Conducting thorough research, evaluate and identify suitable materials, assemblies, processes and equipment
• Conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting of products developed
• Designing schematic diagrams and technical drawings using CAD software
• Discuss and work closely with the Creative Technologist and Chief Innovation & Technology Officer to come out with innovative prototypes
• Sourcing and liaising with external vendors for relevant component supplies or any fabrication development needed
• Will be involved in internal projects, ongoing commercial projects and upcoming project proposals therefore ability to prioritise tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with 3D printing know-how is a plus
