Overall execution and completion of the project
• Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes of the project
• Appraise the suitability of the construction techniques and method statements
• Carry out simple design calculations
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the project
• Supervision and monitoring of the project's progress
• Solve technical problems encountered
• Corresponding with Client, Consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations of the project
• Ensure that all construction are done according to the specific drawings, certification and quality
• Co-ordination of subcontractors for all the projects
• Overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan
• Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice at site
• Process and finalisation of claims
