Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and technical assistance to sales and service teams.
Offer customized solutions for technical issues and sales inquiries.
Assist the service team with equipment repair and maintenance.
Develop procedures for equipment testing, maintenance, and operation.
Coordinate in-house product assembly and validation testing and produce test reports.
Conduct technical presentations and product training for clients.
Create and maintain drawings, bills of materials, and design documentation.
Discuss technical requirements with clients on-site and coordinate site work.
Prepare method statements and reports for site work.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
