Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day project including coordinating all activities with main contractors and sub-contractors.
· Plan, supervise, execute and follow up on all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope and within project budget.
· To monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal and safety compliances till completion of projects.
· Liaise and communicate with Quantity Surveyors as well as drafter for project material submissions and ensure they are approved before issuing material requisition.
· Responsible to submit all site progression reports to the Quantity Surveyor as well as handling main contractors / authorities paperwork requirements.
· Allocate manpower effectively for each individual projects on a weekly basis, maximising the productivity of all the workers at site.
· Plan forecast and work process for all projects, to ensure that cost is kept within budget set.
· Assist Quantity Surveyor with tenders and quotations, ensuring that the best supplier was chosen for the respective projects.
· Attends to all main contractor meetings, site meetings, clients, authorities, agencies, the public and other interested parties for smooth executions of work assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as Project Coordinator.
· Experience in carpentry industry preferred
· Proficient in Ms Office and AutoCAD
· Willing to travel
