Responsibilities

· Carry out daily site operations and supervise a team of structural workers

· Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring structural & rectification works

· Liaise with sub-contractors and RE/ RTO

· Supervise the construction of works, requisition of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the latest approved drawings

· Ensuring that the works are carried out to time schedule, safely and in accordance to relevant regulations

· Work planning and scheduling

· Any other assigned duties.

Requirements

· Min 5 years of relevant Structural foreman experience for Civil & Structural projects.

· Exprienced in Structural Works, preferably in precast works.

· Completed whole cycle of project in Singapore

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Able to work independently and also in a team

Job Description:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• 2 years as autocad drafter is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role, specializing in contract management and administration, particularly in the construction industry

• Relevant experience in both Singapore's public and private sector projects
• Relevant experience in handling subcontracts
• Knowledgeable, experienced, and well-versed in the application of various Conditions of Building Contracts commonly adopted locally

Job Description

· Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
