• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude

Maintain the existing PLC and SCADA system, and build the new system, and trouble shooting for the control system and control panel, and prepare the electrical single line drawing using AutoCAD, and coordinate with customer to understand customer's requirement. In this role , you will perform variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within civil testing operations and esure timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision

This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop , Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers and oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
• Interact with customers on technical issues and questions and provide input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers
• Provide formal and informal presentations on conventional and/or routine testing to a wide range of stakeholders
• Assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers within the local laboratory and utilize an assortment of skill, methods, procedures and materials in advanced testing analysis
• Be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors of Science degree in a science or testing related field with a minimum of 2 years’ pertinent post degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts and able to apply academic knowledge within the context of Element’s business
• A team player with advanced computer and communication skills
