Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

9. All Site Matters, Project, and Managing full set HR matters & Daily matters as instructions from the Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download bank statements.
• Record and update cash books.
• Coordinate, check, and prepare site claims.
• Maintain subcontractors’ payment lists for the Contracts department.
• Prepare payments according to payment schedules and credit terms.
• Liaise with banks for administrative tasks and online applications.
• Perform other assignments, projects, and analyses as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in UBS accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles full set of accounts
• Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties including data entry, document filing, invoice verification and preparation of payment
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• GST filing
• Coordination of financial matters with Company Auditor and Company Secretary in annual audits & tax review
• Preparing invoices.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI or ACCA) or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred with expereince in construction industry
• Proficient in Excel and Quickbook
• Must be meticulous in work and good record keeping
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese due to the need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
