MIM Painting Construction PTE LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Construction Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative functions within our construction projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes.

Position: Construction Administration Manager

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

1. Project Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all construction-related activities, including contracts, change orders, permits, and project reports.
2. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflow. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication.
3. Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
4. Budget Tracking: Work closely with the finance team to track project budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Provide regular updates on the financial status of construction projects.
5. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts. Manage contract modifications, extensions, and other related administrative tasks.
6. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address issues promptly.
8. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction administration or project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Report to the Construction Manager
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspections
• Prepared and Assembled ready wooden cabinetry to drawings and specifications for installation.
• Verified dimensions and checked the quality and fit of pieces.
• Measured and marked dimensions of sites.
• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude

• Supervise and coordinate all sub-cons, suppliers and workers to meet the schedule and quality standards
• Record of daily progress report
• Ensure works done according to project specs and drawings
• All other duties as per assigned by superiors
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction (manhole, pipe laying, sewerage works)
• Able to communicate with all level and able to handle foreign works
• Exposure in BCA Standards and Regulations
• Possess Class 3 &/or Class 4 driving license

Our client is one of the leading player in the Construction Sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Accountant to be part of their Finance and Accounts team for ongoing projects. They are located in the East Area.

Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Construction or similar industry, handling various projects
