• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.

- Degree in Computer Science/ Computer System Engineering/ Computer System & Networks/ IT informatics;

- Report to IT Manager or Technical Director;

- Conduct operation and maintenance on the existing IT web-based System, coordinate with project team and system owner for planning security testing, system bug fixes and possible system improvement or upgrading;

- IT asset / commercial software licenses tracking and setting of IT equipment for HQ and site offices;

- Work closely with third party vendor to ensure system stabilities and IT security, conduct regular preventive maintenance;

- Responsible to manage and maintain the project system including troubleshooting;

- Able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;

- Familiar with programming language, Postgre SQL/MS SQL Database, commercial cloud system and GCC Cloud is an advantage

1. To assist Director in monitoring and controlling of level of professional standard of work carried out by the project teams.

2. To carry out Complex Structures design and submissions to the authorities.

3. To carry out analyses using Finite Element Analysis software and trouble-shoot any error found.

4. To perform Value Engineering on structural schemes and solutions.

5. To assist Directors with the preparation of presentation slides.

6. To review problems arising during the course of each project and to initiate non-conformance preventive and corrective actions.

7. To report to the Director/ Associate on all matters regarding design and technical issues.

8. To develop and monitor Project from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ISO piping and equipment layouts for projects and modifications.
• Prepare mechanical tender drawings.
• Liaise with project team for drawings and submission approvals.
• Maintain and update P&ID and GA for standard designs.
• Assist in preparing documentation and drawings for tender submissions.
• Track project progress and communicate relevant information to the client, management, and project team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
