Job Description:

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems
• Conduct site inspections and assesses the condition of the facility as well as propose the necessary requirements per Citi Security Standards
• Coordinate and facilitate our Citi Business stakeholders and provide guidance on the access card submissions and approvals etc.
• Conduct inventory checks for all completed projects, reviewing of floorplan system plotting diagram and updates. Supporting role function on finance administration mainly on project expense tracking
• Leading the execution works onsite, supervising the vendors and may also be the overall lead for small independent project works

Requirement:

• Minimum of at least 1 year working experience
• Minimum High School/ Diploma in any faculty
• Security certifications will be desirable
• Good communication, coordination skills both spoken and written. Able to command and manage vendors/ suppliers
• Must be able to work under a fast-paced environment, aggressive culture, and timeline
• Basic knowledge on security systems i.e. access control, CCTV, IDS
• Fundamentals of physical security and security system installation

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
• Managing daily planning for project sites.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
• Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork.
• Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
• M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Experience in Data Centre, good financial and budget control will be an advantage

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To supervise the overall day to day operation of Singapore Branch.
• To develop marketing strategies and determine the pricing and credit policy for the company;
• To supervise, lead and coordinate the local sales team;
• To identify, evaluate and develop potential customer;
• To promote and sell the Company’s products;
• To collect sale proceeds from customers within the stipulated periods;
• To visit all existing and potential customers in a regular basis;
• To handle complaints on quality, delivery or any other issues from customers;
• To report weekly to head office on sales/customer visits;
• Keeping abreast with market trends through market research, interacting with competitors and customers;
• To perform duties in compliance with the Company’s Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); and
• To execute any reasonable instructions as requested by management.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 10 years experience in the constructions, building materials as well as related industries.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self motivated, a team player and able to perform in an extremely competitive environment.
• Possess Class 3 driving license, and must have own transport.
