The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. •Responsible for submitting corporate documents punctually ensuring that ISGs quality standards aremet. Documents with poor quality may lead to further an operational problem hence it is important tosubmit each document with standard quality.

•Keep track on submission of shop drawings, once approved, copies of the updated drawings are tobe printed and sent to site.

•Ensure that all documents are submitted to their pre-designated departments before the requiredsubmission date expires in order to make submissions early.

• Handle the daily maintenance of the room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest satisfactions
• Work in conjunction with Finance to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables
