• Lead and manage a team of QS in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
• · Responsible and lead the team on evaluation and preparation of sub-contractors' claims and issuance of payment response within stipulated timeframe (SOP Act)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities, under the BCA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably with a focus on marine construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
