Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the
  constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project
  requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions & requirements.
• Overseeing all technical matters, attending clients and consultants meetings and
  coordination of M&E and architectural works.
• Planning and sequencing of the construction works according to the master and detailed
  construction programs.
• Co-ordinate the site operations with sub-con and supplier.
• Liaise with client, consultants and authorities on resolving technical issues, monitor site
  progress against target.
• Plan, procure, monitor and control of resources, such as manpower, machineries and
  material to execute site works within time and cost
• Lead coordination meeting with Site Manager, Site Engineers & Sub contractors.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accident and near
  miss.
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of related experience

• Develop the project business locally and identify and directly target architects and developers for projects
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Support local dealer with pricing, catalogues and project specification support
• Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
• Assist with market research or other local activities related to market and business development and sales growth
• Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the client base for the company with focus on the construction sector
• Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments
• To execute plans and strategies set by Director and the company

The Deputy M&E Manager (Buildings) is responsible for leading the M&E Coordinators and Supervisors in the planning, coordination and effective installation of M&E services based on project scope and requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all provision requirements as specified in tender documents are fully met.
• Liaise with statutory agencies, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
• Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks. Resolve any technical or design related issues with the relevant stakeholders in a prompt and effective manner.
• Involved in reviewing M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements including the proposal for value engineering.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with clients / developers, sub-contractor and suppliers.
• Manage interfaces and coordination works, design and construction of transit projects with all Nominated Sub-Contractor (NSC)
• Monitor and control M&E costs within the project budget
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience with A1 main contractor and has managed large scale projects with project value at least $100million and above
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing team
• Strong technical and design knowledge in terms of various M&E systems and services
• Candidates is required to have project experience in data centers, commercial buildings or other buildings projects
• Possess effective analytical, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure, fast and dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal as to fulfil the statutory requirements (e.g. Lifting gear)
• Responsible to raise the departmental purchase requisition for approval
• Handle and coordinates on the incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery orders
• Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
• Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy
• Maintain appropriate filling of documentations for easier retrieval
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field of studies
• 1 years relevant experience
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office

• Cost loading to the baseline programme
• Monitoring Critical path and Earn Value Management (EVM) analysis
• Prepare impact analysis for EOT claims
• Prepare working programme and float analysis
• Document control for relevant EOT event
• Monthly progress report and resource monitoring
• Handle on the change control

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering field with minimum 3 years of experience in project planning roles.
• Possession with CAPM or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
