Job Description:

1. Prepare reports, designs and drawings.

2. Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals like RTO and subcontractors.

3. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

3. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

4. Inspect project to ensure conformance to design specifications

5. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, schedule materials and equipment purchase and delivery.

6. Other duites as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma and above in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering /Construction Management.

2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

Scope of Work:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Admin Department.
• Execute administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
• Answering and directing calls appropriately.
• Maintain organized documentation and an efficient filing system.
• Demonstrate strong letter writing and formatting skills.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in document control management is a plus.

Job Description:

· Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely.

· Ensure that correct construction drawings are used.

· Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.

· Familiar with relevant legal requirement.

· Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.

· Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

· Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

· Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.

· Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.

· Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.

· Ensure safety measures are met on site.

· Ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.

· At least Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors (English & Mandarin is a must).

· Preferably experience in Metal work structural.
