This position is part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department and is an onsite position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop positive relationships with Key Customers, OPS team and Commercial Leaders
• Develop and implement Micro Electronics Industry leading quality systems and processes to support customer needs and expectations.
• Establish and handle QA tracking and trending of crucial performance measures (DPPM) and the preparation of periodic reports for management review.
• Implement and maintain an effective quality management system for Micro-E specific plants and aligned to corporate and BU policies, procedures, and industry specific requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include

• University Degree in mechanical/electrical or chemical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of dynamic quality assurance experience, with at least 5 years at senior level with multi-site and multi-region experience
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standard. GMP knowledge and other ISO standards required.
• Fully conversant with AIAG Core tools, APQP, statistical analysis and the principles of variation reduction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drives a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" with their actions and their words on a daily basis
• Manages multiple groups globally responsible for the implementation, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems used for manufacturing ultrahigh purity materials supplied to the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.
• Directly manage 10-15 US resources and dotted line management of dotted line discipline lead management of 5-10 resources in Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Japan). Aptitude to expand reach beyond incumbent countries to France, China and other geographies as Semiconductor Materials globalize.
• Responsible for all design and support activities related to industrial power distribution, process instrumentation, industrial networks, and controls platforms globally.
• Responsible for significant level of Operation support in a 24-7, multi-site production environment including “on call” trouble ticket system for Operation Technology and Distributed Control System Issues.
• Responsible for establishing industry standard best practices across multiple global geographies.
• Responsible for delivering code compliant industrial controls systems for both green field, brown field and Process Development projects.
• Equally adept at self perform, third party and EPC model Automation and Controls and Operations Technology execution models. Ensures sufficient cross trained staff capable of all models globally.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining engineering standards used during project design and execution globally.
• Responsible for coordinating with other design disciplines for the efficient development, transfer and implementation of project requirements detailed on upstream documentation such as the P&ID.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage aircon and ducting installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure that all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and ducting installation processes.
  Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  Experience in managing budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
  Knowledge of local safety and building regulations in aircon and ducting installations.
  
• Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership and people management skills.
  Excellent client and team communication abilities.
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications are an advantage. Must have a BCCPE Bca certication as well.

Job Description:

Manages a major AML operations segment responsible for AML onboarding process delivery for Global Banking and Global Markets LOB. Functions managed are typically complex, directed by internal bank policies and require adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements which can involve high $ penalties and fines for non-compliance. Executes against regulatory, BSA/anti-money laundering, and economic sanctions compliance practices relevant to the manager's area of responsibility.
