• You will execute daily operational activities as well as implementations in technical customer engagements including basic infrastructure operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or proof-of-concepts in the infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery roles and successes in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team.
• The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud (private and/or public) infrastructure.
• Ensure all configurations conform to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications.
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous.
• Ability to codify or maintain infrastructure systems in an automated fashion using tools such as but not limited to Ctrl-M, Ansible, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment.
• Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the infrastructure.
• Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role.

Technical Experience

• Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred

1. Should be able to perform Control-M Administrative activities involving:

a. Agent on-boarding on Windows and Linux platform

b. Control-M Env Configuration – Windows Servers and MSSQL DB

c. Monitor Housekeeping jobs and Control-M Server resources.

d. Configure/Update authorization profile (RBAC)

e. Configure/Update Calanders, Workload policies, Site standards.

f. Support maintenance activities like OS patching and DR activity

g. Troubleshooting issues and provide RCA, involve vendor if required.

2. Should have good knowledge on Control-M Application HA and DR setup.

3. Will be responsible to perform job configuration inline to site-standards and naming convention.

4. Provide consultation to application team to address there scheduling requirements.

Job Responsibilites

· Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.

· Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.

· Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.

· Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.

· Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with authority and reporting frameworks and maximise the profit margin for the project.

· Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance and auditing and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.

· Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.

· People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.

· Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities

· Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projects

· Organize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction works

· Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Job Requirement:

· Holds a Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.

· Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in construction industry.

· At least twelve (12) years of experience in managing big scale Bridge and Marine related projects will be prefered.

· Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.
