What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assisting and report to Project Manager on project functions such as project management, site management, risk control management
