• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction

• Registered with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as WSHO and have at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience

• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
• Conduct safety observation reports on a regular basis and depending on the length of the project.
• Attend safety walks and inspections before or during each project to analyze safety risks.
• Maintain documentations of the company safety procedures,accidents and related events.
• Create and implement safety plans while ensuring that they are being followed daily.
• Authorized to issue Stop Work Order (SWO), if any site work, process or work area is in imminent danger to workers, the public or pollution of the environment.

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.
• Must be willing to work overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• To report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
• To assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• To prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.
• To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract documents.
• To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
• To liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.
• To attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
• To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Good Time management and organization skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill;
• Able to multitask;
• Able to work under fast paced environment;
• Located at Changi Airport site office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction by proving on site management and quality control to ensure project meet deadline
• Control of manpower & resources to execute site works within time & costs
• Solving technical issue on site
• Liaising with government agencies, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, consultants
• Provide regular performance status update to the management

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized PE board or Commissioner of Building Control for RE registration).
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering and road works
• Class 3 driving license
• Able to work Independently
• Familiar with road work construction field
