• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer in construction projects, with a focus on building services and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for budget estimates on tenders, and quotations
• Prepare variation orders, progress payments, claims and finalization of accounts.
• Tracking of progress payments and review terms and conditions of contracts.
• Source for quotations from specialist and suppliers.
• Review and compare tender documents / drawings against awarded contract / construction drawings.
