1. Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs in all aspects of M&E works.
2. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
3. Oversees M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical matters or site issues.
4. Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering.
5. Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.
6. Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings with teams, ensuring safe work practices.
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on time.
- Deliver high-quality services to satisfy customers.
- Prepare quotations for new inquiries and manage job costs within budget.
- Prepare service reports after project completion.
