Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.

- Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company including financial planning and forecasting and risk management.

- Prepare and timely report weekly, monthly and annual financial statements to HQ Korea.

- In charge of banking, legal and taxation matters.

- Compy with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations.

Required / Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent

· Proficient Korean language knowledge is mandatory to liaise with the Korean stakeholders in Anseong, Korea

· Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field

· Prior exposure to Manufacturing industry

• Reports to Safety Manager
• Implement, monitor & improvise site safety management system
• Support management in safety-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE policy and requirements by conducting regular inspection and internal audits
• Proactive to lead incident investigation, address the control measures, and ensure that all incident reports are made in a timely manner.
• Oversee all general activities concerning HSE and Implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
• Ensure that relevant HSE documents, reports, communications, and other requirements of HSE are kept properly in place.
• Ensure HSE complies with ISO
• Compile reports and presentation slides for management reporting

Job requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Workplace, Safety & Health or equivalent
• Attained MOM WSHO license
• Proficient in MS office, IT savvy (Google forms etc)
• Minimum 3 years post-registration & relevant practical experience in a similar role with LTA projects is mandatory for this position
• Experience in Civil road works and heavy lifting matters
