Job Description

• To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements, and aerodrome safety standards.
• To be responsible for health, safety, and environmental control, and to assist Safety Manager to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, authorities and agencies and other Consultants employed by Developer.
• To put up daily situation reports.
• Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedures are correctly executed on-site.
• To conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team / Contractors for closure.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• Wear appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observe all safety requirements/procedures.
• To implement and monitor appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Safety Management System.
• To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance

Job Requirement:

• At least 03 years relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 2 years with the developer/main contractor.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Must be a registered Environmental control officer with NEA
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• ECMO

Job Description & Requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies, risk assessments, and safety programs for a manufacturing facility with clean room operations.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Fire Safety Act, NEA guidelines, and ISO EHS standards.
• Serve as the Fire Safety Manager (FSM), conducting fire drills and audits to meet SCDF requirements.
• Manage incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct safety briefings, Safety meetings, and internal audits to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports on EHS audits, inspections, and compliance to management.

Requirements

• MOM-registered WSH Officer (WSHO) and SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certifications.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
• Familiarity with EHS standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and Singapore's environmental regulations.
• Strong expertise in incident management, risk assessment, and fire safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and management.

WSH Coordinator

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements and company policies
• Assist with monthly EHS inspections and ensure any issues are addressed & maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring
• Perform pre-operation safety checks in accordance with company requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and provide necessary controls after risks assessments to prevent recurrence
• Prepare safety reports as needed and report safety infringements and incidents to management

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures
• Possess a WSH (Level B) certification
• Candidates with 2-3 years' experience in similar field would be preferred

As a trainer, you must be able to conduct training and assessment for the following Workplace Safety & Health WSQ courses:

• Operate Forklift Course
• Operate Scissor Lift Course
• Operate Boom Lift Course
• Perform Rigger and Signalman Task
• Apply Workplace and Health in Construction Sites
• Apply Workplace and Health in Metal Work
• Manage Work-At-Height for Workers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 03 years of relevant work experience
• WSQ Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP/ACTA)
• WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)

• Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Engineering – Environmental/Health/Safety.
• At least 10 years’ experience as WSHO/ECO.
• Provide WSH enforcement support to the Project Team.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Recommend / take reasonably practical action to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Recommend reasonably practical measures to minimize the risk.
• To enter, inspect and examine at any reasonable time the work place.
• To inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation or article in the workplace.
• To enforce site safety practices.
• To organize safety & health awareness program for the site.
• To conduct site safety & health audit.
• To conduct site safety & health meeting and prepare reports for relevant parties.
• To prepare hazard analysis reports.
• To prepare safety & health management programmes and ensures effective implementation.
• To inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the WSHA.
