Role and Responsibilities:

• Fully comprehend the structure of each deal and the items listed in the checklist before preparing the reconciliation template.
• Work closely with the Line Manager to ensure a checklist is created for each agreement before the deal starts, and update it whenever there are changes.
• Enter contract details into the system along with billing instructions to ensure accurate invoicing to customers.
• Inform customers about monthly slot charges, including bunker updates, and ensure fixed slot invoices are issued promptly.
• Extract customer loading information, scrutinize reports, and follow up with agents to clarify any data discrepancies, ensuring the system is updated with correct records.
• Prepare and submit reconciliation statements to customers on their slot usage versus their slot commitment accurately and within the stipulated timeframe.
• Follow up with customers for statement confirmation and ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices.
• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes independently.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Diploma/Degree in Shipping/Logistics or a similar specialization from a recognized institution.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience in the shipping industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Detailed, meticulous, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities.
