What the Role Is

Part Time Fire Safety Manager

• Conduct monthly fire safety inspection for workplace.
• Correspond with SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire safety within the premises
• Advise company in all submission of fire safety documents to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for approval
• Assist in the formation of Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and assist in training for the ERT members
• Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as required by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises.
• Ensure Maintenance works on the fire protection system are carried out accordingly to FSSD regulation by company contractor.
• Perform fire safety inspections within premises to prevent fire hazard are created and no violation of Fire Safety regulations

• Perform a fire risk assessment of the premises.

What we are looking for

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:-

• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course.

Job Role Description:

The Senior Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing operational policies, standards and procedures related to project logistics, including but not limited to integrating and installing automations, rigging and lifting technology. Project Manager

Job Role Description:

The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing operational policies, standards and procedures related to project logistics, including but not limited to integrating and installing automations, rigging and lifting technology. He/She is also responsible for managing relationships with logistics operations managers and managing project logistics resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.

Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders. He/She is also expected to lead a department and make business decisions independently.

The Project Manager is involved in the building, installation and execution of solar projects and ensure that all installations are as per the design and specifications layout. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The Manager is a specialist in a specific area of health services research (HSR) with good understanding of the broad HSR landscape and trend. The Manager will offer both technical & administrative leadership and work closely with other members of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct research, particularly in his/her field of specialty, into the medical, social, economic and ethical implications of health care services to inform policy and medical decision-making as well as provide pragmatic, impactful healthcare solutions for resource planning and operations management.

The Manager will seek to pursue publication and presentation opportunities in peer-reviewed journals and international or local conferences as well as to conduct educational activity to promote and enable health services research in CGH community. The Manager will also be responsible to mentor and develop junior members within the department in his/her area of specialty. In addition, the Manager will support his/her HOD in the management of departmental manpower deployment, staff development needs, as well as oversee departmental operating and capital expenditure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Organization of day-to-day analytical and research activities which include study design, analysis, preparation of manuscripts/reports/proposals
• Work with various stakeholders (including industry/academic partners) and HSR team members to advise and contribute to the formulation of research questions, design and analysis of research projects
• Able to perform two or more of the following tasks independently and is a technical lead in his/her speciality in HSR

1. Search, critically appraise and synthesize evidence from medical literature to inform stakeholders in the planning and delivery of care as well as in the investment of health technology.
2. Conduct program evaluation and perform statistical analysis required for outcomes research
3. Conduct qualitative research which include interviews, focus group discussions and thematic analysis
4. Perform predictive and/or prescriptive analytics which can potentially yield improvement in operational efficiency or patient outcomes or experience.

• Participate in scientific conferences and scientific manuscript writing as first author, co-author or invited speaker
• Conduct research and studies in manners which comply with HBRA/CIRB requirements
• Offer administrative/technical leadership, guidance and research support to CGH staff in at least one of the domains on analytics, health technology assessment, and programme evaluation
• Lead the development of educational curriculum which aims to improve capacity to perform research and programme evaluation within CGH.
• Lead the organization and conduct of the workshops and/or talks based on the aforementioned curriculum
• Support HOD in mentoring and development of junior members within the HSR team
