Job Description

1. Attend consultant and site meetings with the Project Team, coordinate with client's, consultants and sub-contractors on M&E matters to ensure the works carried out meet the desired quality/workmanship, specifications, code requirements and the projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Manage and lead M&E project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
3. Manage the M&E consultants and M&E SU-contractors to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
4. Review & verify consultants design drawings, counter propose alternative design and feasibility of construction.
5. Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
6. Ensure the M&E designs comply with relevant codes compliances and regulations.
7. Coordinate with architectural team and structural team to ensure the final design is in-line with architect’s design intents and client’s requirements.
8. Liaise with BIM Manager on the BIM presentations, clash reports, ICE meeting schedules and requirements.
9. Assist and supervise the preparation of M&E coordination and shop drawings for the project to be used on site for construction.
10. Oversee M&E works, conduct inspections on site, monitor shop drawing progress and provide support to construction team.
11. Resolve site issues related to design or changes required by Construction team, to ensure no delay affecting main program.
12. Issuance of RFI & Site-Design Amendments
13. Ensure timely completion and good quality of works

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in M&E, Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordinator or equivalent
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as M&E manager role. With experience in PPVC D&B projects is a plus
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill.

You will support Group Nursing in the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of projects and initiatives in alignment with Group Nursing’s Strategic Plan. You will be assigned to support different projects. You will support the initiatives and projects arising from the SingHealth Sterile Services Shared Services, SingHealth Perioperative Nursing Council, and Nursing Operations Shared Service or you will support SingHealth Nursing Serious Game initiatives where you are required to analyse game data to identify areas that needs improvements, support the nursing operational arm for one Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and manage the administration of Nursing councils and training awards for nurses.

You will act as the main liaison between different institutions to facilitate the smooth running of cluster nursing initiatives and coordinate with training course providers and SingHealth nurses on registration for approved nursing courses. You will handle, track, and oversee the disbursement of award funding. You will also be involved in planning the annual SingHealth Nursing events and coordinate grant calls/award calls nominations.

You will provide secretariat support to cluster nursing meetings and assigned Nursing Councils. You are required to strategise and organise targeted forums and focus group sessions to identify gaps and solutions to meet the needs of our nurses. You will also develop and update nursing policies and guidelines.
