• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with exposure at management level, and at least 4 years in software programming, systems engineering, or technology integration

As part of the Hospital and Services Planning team, you will provide support to the Hospital Planning Committee in the planning, coordination, development and management of the new EGH. Your role will include the facilitation of workshops, meetings and discussions to collate users’ inputs for end-user briefs and operations requirements, and the coordination, planning and management of project schedules, budgets, tender procedures, contract arrangements and quality requirements for the project. You will facilitate the full life cycle of project implementation which includes compilation of project briefs, management of design development, costing and scheduling, procurement of contracts and services, sample/mock-up reviews, management of changes and hand-over inspections and commissioning of the new hospital.

You will support the Director and Deputy Director, Group Office of Patient Experience (OPE) to lead the team to establish a compassionate care culture in SingHealth where patients and caregivers are engaged as our partners-in-care. Your responsibilities include shaping the SingHealth Care Culture and Framework which informs policies, practices and expected behaviours across the cluster to achieve alignment for a consistently excellent SingHealth patient experience.

You will partner with various SingHealth institutions, healthcare organisations, Intermediate and Long-Term Care sectors, and healthcare agencies to recognise individuals and teams for service excellence through the annual Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA), and to honour patients and caregivers who demonstrate exemplary partnerships with healthcare teams through the annual Singapore Health Inspirational Patients and Caregivers Awards (IPCA).

You will be a key member of the Cluster OPE meetings and Patient Experience Community. In this role, you support critical financial processes, including monthly and annual financial closing, analysis, projections, budgeting, and costing. You will contribute to the development of financial dashboards with multiple dimension analysis as well as designing optimal process flows that incorporate digital and technological advancements.

You will ensure successful accreditation of the Residency Program by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education – International requirements. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of educational activities, providing administrative support to the Program Director, ensuring that there is a sufficient number of trained faculty, as well as creating a good learning experience for all Residents. You are also required to work closely with other Program Executive, department secretaries, faculty and staff from the Graduate Medical Educational Office.
