· Minimum 8 years’ experience as WSHO / WSHC in Singapore.

• Responsibilities include:-
• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program;
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH Act;
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures;
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions;
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture;
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection;
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients;
• Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit, and
• Other EHS duties assigned by the Project Manager.

· Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. Basic salary: S$4,000.00 to S$8,500.00, plus allowances.

Responsibilities:

• To support and administer all EHS-related initiatives.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting / inspection with our own supervisors/workers and subcontractors supervisors/workers.
• Conduct daily safety inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures.
• Handle daily site inspections on EHS aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures and etc).
• To investigate workplace accidents if any, identify causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Execute risk management plan for work process and work areas.
• Other add-hoc EHS duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management and First Aid certified.
• Possess good knowledge of WSH Act.
• Able to workindependently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· To carry out the duty as Resident Technical Officer as per the Building Control Act (Chapter 29), upon issuing of permit to carry out structural works by BCA till the completion of structural works at site.

· Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site.

· Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer.

· Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.

· Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.

· Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.

· Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.

· Ensure that all the construction works have complied with statutory requirements.

· Supervision of all Architectural and C&S works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations

· Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

· Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.

· Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.

Requirements:

· Diploma holder or higher in C&S discipline

· Must be experienced in reviewing Architectural and C&S Works

· Min. 5 years of experience as RTO on local projects of structural works of at least 4 stories superstructure and with basements

· Must have experience in both reinforced concrete, prestressed and steel structures

· Must have experience in piled foundation projects

· Good communication skills

· Accreditation of C&S RTO Certificate by IES

· Required experience in supervision work for structural works

Working Hours

· Working hours shall be from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Mondays to Fridays (inclusive of one hour lunch break) and on Saturdays, from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (4 working hours).

· In view of the nature of your work, you may be required to work beyond the hours stipulated as and when required.

Gratuity

· There will be no gratuity for this employment contract

Qualifications:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in Residential projects and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
• Working hours will be Day works.
