• In charge of Work Pass application/renewal/appeal and termination
• All Ministry of Manpower related queries
• Maintain and update employee records, monitor employee sick leave entitlement and home leave entitlement
• Manage employee benefits administration, including medical claims, and inquiries
• Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance, accuracy and timely delivery
• In charge of training and development processes such as new application/renewal of BCA Coretrade, Multi-skill and CSOC for migrant workers

Accounting and Financial Support

• Process FWL waiver and monthly CPF submissions
• Perform financial and management accounts related activities such as bookkeeping and the preparation of reports pertaining to GST, company tax and other related documents
• Issue and keep track of quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, receipts and payments
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the management of vendor relationships, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Liaise with the external accountant for the quarterly GST submission and annual company tax filing exercise

General Administrative Support

• Perform administrative activities such as document filing and the preparation of annual SgMA audit documents
• Assist management with the monthly tool box meeting
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls/emails to the appropriate personnel
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on employment-related inquiries
• Support the HR and finance roles in various administrative tasks
• Any other related duties assigned by the director

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance or a related field
• Previous experience in HR administration and/or accounting roles is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred
• Familiar with HR processes and employment laws is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific (100%)

A. Casework

1. Interview/counsel and conduct biopsychosocial and financial assessment of the patient/ resident and recommend intervention plans to the multi-disciplinary team to establish holistic and personalized care plans
2. Participate and present case in multi-disciplinary team/ multi-agency case discussion to formulate common care goals
3. Coordinate with service providers to ensure patients and families receive timely care support after discharge and make post discharge follow-up call to patients/ families when appropriate
4. Provide information and put up application on services/schemes and financial assistance for example, Medifund, Medication Assistance Fund and Remission etc. Make applications for external funding
5. To escalate and handover case management to MSW timely when identify suicide/ family violence/ addiction/ abuse case related
6. Make home visits for care assessment when necessary.
7. Timely documentation of patient's biodata, interviews, telephone calls, payments, and field visits for records
8. Provide and reinforce education, information on patient’s condition if required.

B. Group Work

1. Assist in planning, co-facilitating, monitoring, and evaluating of group work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) Education, Training and Experience

1. Must have attained professional qualifications either in nursing, medicine, or para clinical disciplines
2. Must have prior job experience in either nursing, medicine, or para-clinical disciplines that commensurate with the job
3. Must have at least 5 years working experience in patient related care

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.
• Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspection.
• Check and ensure all CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.
• Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.
• Conduct building and facility checks with Facility Team, submit report and ensure actions taken for issues brought up.
• Conduct Incoming Raw material quality check for Flour and Oil (Visual, Moisture, COA etc.).
• Manage daily sampling for finished products including planning, collection, labelling, input of data and organoleptic test.
• Conduct environment monitoring including air test, hand and protect coat swab, equipment and packaging TPC swab as per schedule.
• Conduct incoming imported goods physical inspection and record any non-conforming products.
• Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP System.
• Other tasks as required and delegated by QC Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Studies the repair specification to understand owner’s requirements in order to prepare a competitive quotation.
• Writes out the work summary.
• Attends ship inspection and or discussion / negotiate with owners representative in the yard, local or overseas when required.
• Meets and discusses with sub-contractors / suppliers in order to obtain better prices.
• Gets more information for additional work from Project Managers, Foremen, etc for more accurate pricing.
• Consults the Company Secretary to check whether owner’s conditions of contract are acceptable or need to counter offer.

• Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Regulations.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level, NTC 2 certification or equivalent.
• Preferred to have 3 to 5 years’ working experience in a production environment in marine industry
• Resourceful and be able to work under stressful condition.
• Need to have sound technical knowledge in ship repairing work and have negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of cost estimating in marine industry.
• Willing to work late on weekdays, weekends and public holidays should there be urgent tender deadlines to meet
• Willing to travel overseas to inspect vessel / negotiate tender when required.

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years’ related experience preferably in Construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
