Job Description & Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage project supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope of work, while deploying appropriate staff resources.
• Review and assess project drawings, plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues arising during project execution and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct and actively participate in weekly site meetings to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner.
• Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and shop drawings, as required.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in landed housing or fit-out jobs for shops.
• Certification in BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) or higher safety certification.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure precast produced in accordance to shop drawings
• Update of precast production status
• Carry out checks between precast plants
• Ensure precast quality in accordance to specifications

Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in precast management as a supervisor /

Key Responsibilities:

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore is seeking a full-time Laboratory Haematologist. This is a Permanent / 2-year contract position affording the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly and supportive department.

The Laboratory Haematology Service at KK Hospital has three haematopathologists responsible for the provision of diagnostic haematopathology, blood banking and cellular therapy services in line with the vision and goals set by the Hospital. There is close collaboration with clinical services and regular multidisciplinary team meetings. Opportunities exist for participation in funded research, test development, as well as regional education and outreach initiatives. The department is an integral part of the larger SingHealth Duke-NUS Pathology Academic Clinical Programme.

The successful candidate will need to have a basic medical degree and relevant specialist qualifications either in Haematology, Paediatric Haematology / Oncology or Pathology registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/smc/becoming-a-registered-doctor).
