Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, computer sciences, bioinformatics, or a related field
• For wet candidates: strong experience with molecular biology techniques, including (clinical) sample handling, PCR optimization, tissue culture, RNA isolation, and sequencing library preparation. Experience with microscopy, image analysis, and statistical analysis would be advantageous
• For dry candidates: Deep experience in single-cell genomics and/or spatial transcriptomics. Proficient in data analysis tools such as R, Python, familiar with analytical tools and algorithms. Comfortable with large data handling and processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary: $10/hour (excluding incentives)

• Required to perform shift duty (6 days per week, 12 hours per shift 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am)
• To perform CCTV monitoring duties in Security Control Room
• To perform Safe Entry, basic HSE checks, sub-contractor entry procedures
• To perform duties at patrol, ecort duties, static duties and other assignment as required
• To respond immediately to guests and staff for their needs or request for security assistance and to following up
• To ensure all duties and security operation assigned to security control room are carried out efficiently and diligently
• Job Requirements: Basic PC skill, for daily adminsitrative task and normal report writting
• Substantial understanding of security operations and able to apply knowledge to complete range of tasks
• Completed the mandatory Security courses with a valid PLRD license

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of relevant
• experience in building projects.
• Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and executing C&S
• works.
• Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications.Perform construction planning, coordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants
• and Authorities on all project aspects.
• Develop detailed work plans and cost estimations for a practical forecast of cost and
• workforce requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of reports.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works of a project.
• Prepare, monitor and review site work programs.
• Plan and schedule the works and resources for a project.
• Lead and resolve all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure that the works are performed to meet the company’s ISO standards and
• contractual requirements.

- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground

- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required

- Any other related duties assigned by manager
