Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to provide excellent liaison-related support as the Point-of-Contact (POC) for internal/external meetings/conferences.
In this role, you will play a crucial part being Envision Energy's Ambassador, coordinating and overseeing the activities to ensure a seamless and delightful stakeholder’s experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital for effectively liaising with employees, customers and vendors.
In addition, the successful applicant will be exposed to HR operations/project support as required.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Key liaison person responsible for organising, planning and implementation of important meetings and activities involving key customers and senior management team of the company
- Undertake associated facility and inventory and vendor management
- Key presenter of company information to visitors
- Formulate process flows for daily office management, including service briefing, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of managing guest reception, conference/meeting and VIP lunch/dinner events
- Actively source for viable F&B options, accommodation, transportation, and recreational activities in Singapore, effectively control supplier service quality, and continuously improve stakeholder’s satisfaction, according to the company’s standards
- Application of foreign guests' visa
- Any other tasks/duties as assigned
Requirements
- Polytechnic or University graduate in Hospitality/Hotel management, Human Resources Management or Business-related disciplines with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in VIP/Customer Experience in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing with good communication skills to attend to overseas visitors/VIPs. Working knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage as majority of visitors are Mandarin-speaking.
