Responsible for all the operational activities in the clinic.

Duties at the reception counter include, but are not limited to the following: -

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. Responsibilities

• Plan, support and implement approved programmes and services of the DAC.
• Ensure that DAC rules pertaining to personal safety, work hazards and prescribed training procedures are adhered to by staff and clients.

Our client is one of the leading Banking Services companies in Japan. They are currently looking for an Officer to join their Back Office.

The Responsibilities:

• Back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions, swaps and forex

• Prepare periodical reports for Head Office, as well as to Singapore and Japanese regulatory agencies

• Operation of accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT)

• Check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance

• Monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer’s accounts

• Assist the Back Office Manager and Middle Office Manager by managing the accounting system, entering input sheets and printing out data sheets

• Assist the Compliance Manager with daily AML monitoring, KYC filings, processing audit requests and revising operational policies and procedures

• Perform all other duties as assigned by the managers

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holders with relevant experience

• PC skills (Microsoft Office)

• Good communication skill, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skill

• Experience in bank’s back office is welcome

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of: Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
• Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.

• Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.

• Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.

• Make sure smooth running of the Company’s computer systems and provide technical support to users both in office and on board vessels own/operated
• Support in implementation of new info-system management software

5. Leadership: Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional
