Perform account opening, KYC, periodic review and Enhanced CDD for on-boarding of PEP clients

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing enhanced due diligence and reviews of PEP clients including Periodic Review
• Advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to KYC.
• Liaise with internal clients like AML Front Control/Front office/ operations/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Prepare of periodic management reports
• Ability to identify KYC issues and ensure client meets regulatory and internal requirements before account opening
• Ability to perform KYC reviews and name hits review promptly
• Assessment of risk and daily BAU KYC related matters (i.e. unblocking of transactions)

Requirement:

• Solid experience in Compliance, KYC and handling of PEP Clients.
• Strong experience in handling CDD for on-boarding of PEP clients
• Minimum 12 years of Compliance experience in a Private Bank
• Handles queries from the internal clients (AML Front Control/Front office/ operations)/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Experience in the onboarding and account opening of PEP clients.
• Knowledge of the Singapore regulations, i.e. Banking Act, SFA, FAA.

2) Hostel:

• To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
• To check for any common area defects
• To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
• To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
• To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc

• General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc
