• Inspect the Company / site facilities observing operations and activities, investigating health and safety complaints and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with the legislative obligations and Statutory requirements compliance.
• Formulating and coordination of Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Observes work in progress, ensures that proper safety equipment is worn, and procedures are followed.
• Coordinates and consults with Project Managers, Project Engineer and WSH Officer and Supervisors regarding health and safety issues in their respective areas and notifies them regarding violation of safety regulations.
• Ensures preparation of safety manuals, training outlines and employee instructions for work deemed to have recognized hazards.
• Execute HSE programs to improve the safety and health performance, update HSE forms / notice boards and conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation for employee and contractors.
• Ensures that Company / site complies with all environmental regulations regarding hazardous substance handling and disposal.
• Schedules and chairs regular safety meetings.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as maybe required by the regulatory authorities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in shipyard / marine structure demolition and repair works (Civil / Structural / M&E).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in asbestos removal and disposal works.
• Minimum 3 years work experience working under ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards / requirements.
• Have a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate.
• Have a valid Occupational First-Aider Certificate / Card.

This role involves providing critical support to the Construction Manager, coordinating engineering and construction teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects. Primary Role Description:
This full-time position entails serving as an Assistant Manager in the Construction Division. The role requires close collaboration with the Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, and various engineering teams to enhance the construction department's capabilities. Responsibilities include active involvement in administrative functions, such as workforce hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, overseas assignments, and organizational adjustments. Additionally, the role encompasses critical project-related tasks such as preparing construction plans, estimating costs, drafting proposals, and allocating manpower during the bidding and tendering stages.

Secondary Role Description:
This role is accountable for supervising all aspects of construction, including adherence to schedules, performance standards, and operational procedures. The Assistant Manager will provide strategic recommendations to Project Managers to drive improvements and implement corrective measures during the execution phase. The position also includes oversight of material, tool, and equipment delivery and usage, ensuring construction quality, workforce efficiency, and safety compliance. Job Scope:
