• Manage distributor relationships, including procurement and customer service support.
• Provide excellent customer support to corporate clients, overseeing their orders and requests from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Compile and submit required documents through customers' management systems.
• Proactively update customers on order statuses and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate spare parts price lists for customers.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment execution.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customer customs queries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in distribution handling, logistics, manufacutring, or electronic industry.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, order processing.
• Immediate starter is a plus

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you shall be responsible for:

• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and its room rates, promotions and facilities.
• Handling all forms of reservations through the phone, email, fax and other correspondence, ensuring they are processed in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
• Ensuring all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system.
• Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and opportunities to upsell services.
• Liaising with clients and customers to coordinate corporate events whilst building rapport and creating professional relationships.
• Ensuring all work meets company standards (ie paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, guest preferences, booking supplements and payment details).
• Liasing with the Sales and Front Office teams on room bookings.
• Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• GCE 'O' Level (Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent will be advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in OPERA Cloud will be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills
• Team player, yet able to work independently

• Client relationships.
• Car park Operations audit.
• Daily Operations Admin functions.
• Attend to first-level Car park system trouble-shooting calls.
• Car park Enforcement Investigation and Action

Job Requirements: -

• Minimum “O” & “N” Levels/ Equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Must possess own mode of transport (motorcycle).
