Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management or vequivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in management of mechanical systems operations.
• Experience in the operations and replacement of Fire Safety/ Alarm System, Medical Gas/ Vacuum System, Lift and Escalator System, Pneumatic Tube System is advantageous.
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/ Fire Safety Officer or WSH.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
• Positive work attitude, ability to work with all levels of staffs and strong team player.
