Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Accountable for the project management of schedule, cost management and risk control for US Expansion – highly complex (US regulatory requirements and 3rd party partners who are not experts in Semi-Con Manufacturing).
•Several key partners – Global Facilities and Construction Management, Central Teams and the PMO team for US sites
•Establish ability to highlight opportunities to create alignment with 3rd party partners and areas of focus/prioritization for the internal team on deliverables
•Required to establish oversight to following business processes and standards throughout the project delivery.
•Be the knowledge source for the full life cycle of construction project delivery.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
- Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years of experience in base build, Tool Install, Progressive Build Experience in greenfield and brownfield settings
- Off-site manufacturing expertise (OSM)
- Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP)
- Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
