• Knowledge of usage of data science in the healthcare space
• Experience in Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)

Qualifications

The following requirements are essential:

• Graduate Health Care qualification required, preferably a Medical degree with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Private health care experience would be an advantage.
• Qualifications or training in Health informatics, clinical coding or Health Administration would be very helpful

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation.
• Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information.
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter and coordination works.
