Job Role and Responsibilities
• To oversee and manage all areas of the assigned outlet
• Ensure excellent customer service in all areas
• To accomplish sales and profits objectives
• To train, motivate and maintain low turnover rate
• Plan weekly schedule and update daily timesheets
• Ensure the assigned outlet is staffed to maximise sales potential and operational efficiency.
• Inventory management, stock take and wastage control
• Any other jobs or duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
• Preferably working experience in the Front & Back of House Operations
• Great people skills and excellent team player
• Good learning ability (both to learn and help others learn).
• Passionate about F&B/ Confectionery an added advantage
• Working Hours: 5 or 6 days/week (inclusive of weekends and PH)
