• Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee electrical systems for building projects.
• Review project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess electrical needs and feasibility.
• Create electrical designs, schematics, and drawings using CAD software.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical systems are integrated successfully.
• Provide technical support and guidance during construction and installation phases.
• Perform calculations and analysis to determine electrical load requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in building consultancy.
• Proficient in CAD software and other electrical design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary range: up to $4,500 per month

About the role:

• Responsible for administrating the Employee Lifecycle Management and Employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation/onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
• Lead work pass management and recruitment process
• Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
• Prepare HR-related letters and correspondences such as Certificate of Employment, Confirmation Letters, etc.
• Handle HR internal and external audits
• Actively engage with Operations and provide HR business partnership Any other duties as assigned

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Prior experience in Construction industry is an added advantage Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
• Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office
• It is an added advantage if candidates can commence immediately or within short notice

Job Scope

• Study Scope of works, drawings, specifications, Schedule of Price preambles and condition of contracts to prepare tender cost estimation.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and respond to tender clarifications from clients to successfully win the projects.
• Request for quotations from multiple suppliers and sub-contractors for tender/Quotation submission purposes.
• Prepare engineering estimations, Bill of quantities & bid documents based on the given drawings, specifications & method statements for request of quotations.
• Prepare Project Budgets and duly monitor.
• Prepare cash flow based on approved master program and update according to approved interim payments.
• Liaise with Project managers and site personals to gather monthly work done details and supporting documents to prepare progress claims on time.
• Prepare and submit Progress Claims to clients and follow-up to obtain payment certificates on time.
• Prepare subcontract agreements, letter of awards and other contractual documents.
• Issue payment certificates to sub-contractors.
• Maintain track records of project progress and payment details.
• All others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.
