1. Candidate must possess a WSQ Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Environment, Health and Safety related from approved institutes.

2. Min 8 years of working experience as Safety Officer in the petrochemical plant or process industry

3. Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years.

4. Valid WSH Safety /BCSS/ First Aid Certificate

5. Well versed with MOM requirement

6. Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment

7. Able to start work on short notice

- Carry out project planning, scheduling, good documentation system and project management.

- Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details and risk assessment plans.

- Conduct regular site inspections, undertake project status review meetings/safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

- Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.

- Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.

- Provide timely project progress reporting to Management.

- Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors.

- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality, smooth delivery, and timely completion of projects.

- Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, on­boarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
• Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process of management staff and workers, including work pass matters
• Provide HR direction and support to the management team
• Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare program

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management

• Must possess experience working in an A1 main construction company
• Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking internal/external personnel
