Job Description:

• Plan and control the delivery of project design to ensure the achievement of quality, completion and project objectives.
• Select and engage, then monitor the performance of external design partners within the discipline including their deliverables, cost and timeframes.
• Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements and program
• Prepare budgets and schedules of design delivery for management approval then manage and report the cost of design delivery in the project life cycle.
• Manage design to ensure the cost of the works meets project requirements.
• Manage and review milestone deliverables from the Design Consultants to ensure the compliance and adherence to project schedule, scope and Design Brief, Stakeholders’ requirements and comments, statutory codes and regulations, and company guidelines.
• Obtain, review and consolidate Stakeholders’ feedbacks on stage deliverables, and relay such feedbacks as directives to Consultants.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
• Supervise the work of subordinate design and drafting staff to ensure project requirements are met.
• Select and develop design management staff within the project by providing leadership and mentoring to ensure their design management competencies.
• Understand design compliance and reporting procedures and processes and leadership in the communication of requirements.
• Foster the interaction between design and construction teams to maximise innovation and project success.

Job Requirement:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in the construction industry with 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures of building related projects
• Experience in LTA and SMRT project will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and able to foster collaboration
• Able to work well independently and as a team

Job Responsibility

• Reports to Project Manager/Site Manager
• Supervise construction works to ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings
• Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with sub-contractors' supervisors
• Ensuring work carried out are in compliance with Safe Work Procedures
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' experience in residential building projects
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC would be an asset

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing

• Support the Truck Crane Service business as assigned from time to time.
• Assist with the sales of old inventory to best bid and buyer.
• Coordinate the annual stock take arrangement with auditor’s accounts and logistics team along with respective MMS staff involved.
• Oversee and deliver the right desired results for any other ad hoc assignments given.

Job Description:

• To study tender construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• To oversee the construction by providing on-site management and quality control to ensure project meet keydates and budget requirement, and are built in accordance with contract specifications
• Planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to master and detailed work programs by taking consideration into project costing
• Design Coordination between Consultants and Authorities
• Review design drawings and liaise with design team on construction details
• Liaise with client and consultants on resolving technical and commercial issues, monitor site progress against target and generate progress reports to HOD
