Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our wholesale business, specializing in livestock, meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood (both fresh and frozen). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food distribution industry, a strong understanding of food safety regulations, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, processing, and distribution of livestock, meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood.
- Oversee product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and food safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimizing waste and coordinating with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Lead and train a team of workers on best practices for food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
- Enforce hygiene and safety protocols across all operations, maintaining a clean and compliant working environment.
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues and fulfill orders, building strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and implement new processes to enhance service quality.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
