• Work closely with subcontractors (must have contractors’ network) and suppliers to ensure quality works and timely completion
• Monitor and control project budget
• Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices
• Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
• Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims
• Expedite technical and engineering for the production plan
• Expedite material purchase to be in line with the projection schedule
• Manage the relationship with the client and ensure their satisfaction with project completion after building
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Scheduling of projects including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart, and temporary facilities
• Review of purchase requisition & and purchase order
• Address warranty matters related to building scope after sales
• Sharing lessons learned and improvements to prevent future / repeated issues during the fabrication/construction stage
• Communicate with the Accounts department on cost issues and assist with supporting documents on project payment milestones
• Good interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree / Bachelor / Master

• Strong passion for Interior Design and advance skill in Skills in Project Management
• MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT WEEKENDS, AFTER OFFICE HOURS
• Must be able to work under pressure and and have strong motivation
• Love meeting people and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and sales driven
• Good knowledge in MS office and fluent in Email writing
• Experienced in 3D modeling and rendering software will be an added advantage
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Building & Construction fieldAny other duties that may be assigned
• Able to close leads and must be able to push sales
