11. Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Architecture and related professional degree.

2. At least 5 year relevant experience construction.

3. Having complete experience in managing private residential projects in Singapore

4. Able to work overtime and work under high pressure.

5. Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin(Some workers in the company only speak Mandarin or English, so Project Manager needs to be proficient in both English and Mandarin to better manage employees)

6. Able to travel for oversea assignment.

7. Good organizational, planning and communication skills.

8. Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills.

9. Preferably Managers with completion of full cycle projects.

10. Good inter-personal skills

11. Good track record in completing projects

• Ability to lead and manage a team, with critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• With PMP certification from PMI or related.

1. Responsibilities

n Liaise with internal department and subcontractor in weekly/monthly progress report preparation

n Plan out performance progression on upcoming project

n Prepare weekly development progress

n Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage

n Assist in tender preparations including technical planning, submission of write-ups proposal and tender presentation to clients

n Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks

n Identify and report variations in contract requirements

n Liaise and attend meetings with clients/ consultants / subcons and suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters.
